Classification of Positions (up to 20 included) 

Ensure compliance and minimize risk by accurately classifying employees as exempt or non-exempt under applicable wage and hour laws.

I-9 Review (up to 40 forms included) 

Optimize HR will review up to 40 I-9 forms to help you maintain compliance with federal employment eligibility requirements. Reviews are conducted remotely by default.

 

As part of this service, Optimize HR may identify potential errors or omissions and provide suggestions for correction, as applicable.

 

In-person reviews may be arranged at Optimize HR’s discretion and are subject to geographic availability. Additional forms or in-person reviews may incur additional fees.
