  • Optimize HR reserves the right to assess additional fees for excessive call usage that exceeds typical member needs, ensuring all members receive timely and effective assistance.
     

Employee Access to Optimize HR (up to 40 employees included) 

Employees will have access to Optimize HR through email. Optimize will do a call with employees reaching out about escalated concerns as appropriate.

Up to 40 employees are included in the rate. Additional employees may incur additional fees.

Classification of Positions (up to 20 included) 

Ensure compliance and avoid costly errors by correctly classifying employees as exempt or non-exempt. Additional positions may be invoiced separately.

Meeting attendance is at Optimize HR’s sole discretion. In-person meetings may be arranged but are not guaranteed. If an in-person meeting is approved, additional fees and travel costs may apply.

    We specialize in supporting small to medium-sized organizations, particularly those impacted by seasonality. Our expertise includes working with businesses in industries such as tourism, hospitality, and non-profits. Additionally, we have experience supporting fully remote organizations and other year-round organizations across various sectors. Regardless of whether your organization faces seasonal challenges or maintains consistent year-round, we provide tools, resources, and guidance to help you manage your workforce as effectively and stress-free as possible.
  • What state(s) do you service?
    Currently, we primarily service organizations in Massachusetts. However, we can service organizations in other states with a few exceptions. Please contact us to see if we can service your state.
  • How does the Wow All That membership differ from Wow All That & More?
    Both memberships include access to essential tools, resources, and compliance updates. The Wow All That & More is designed for organizations that want more comprehensive support and employee access. The Wow All That membership offers essential HR support for your core team, with flexible access to expert guidance. It includes: Unlimited email/messaging access for individuals with member seats to connect with Optimize HR for guidance. Access to weekly group office hours to discuss HR questions directly with an expert. At Optimize HR's discretion, up to 5 hours of private call time may be granted as part of the membership for confidential or complex discussions that may be difficult to do through email or messaging. If granted, this call time is shared among all seat holders. Private calls are available for an additional fee or in the Wow All That & More Membership. The Wow All That & More membership builds on these benefits and provides more comprehensive HR support for your organization, with expanded access and additional services. It includes: Unlimited 1:1 calls (reasonable use) for all individuals with member seats. Employee access to Optimize HR, allowing up to 40 employees to email Optimize HR directly for work-related guidance or to share concerns. Deliverables not included in the other membership, such as review of I-9 forms (up to 40 included) and assistance with classifying positions (up to 20).
  • What does “member seats” mean?
    Member seats represent the individuals in your organization who will have access to Optimize HR’s resources, including the HR app, workshops, office hours, unlimited emailing/messaging with Optimize HR, and 1:1 calls (at the Wow All That & More tier). Many organizations assign these seats to their management team to empower them to proactively manage employee relations, performance, and compliance. Additional seats can be added for a fee.
  • What does “employee access to Optimize HR” include, and what if I have more than 40 employees?
    In the Wow All That & More membership, up to 40 employees can email Optimize HR directly for guidance in a work-related matter or to share concerns. Optimize HR will reply to their messages and/or arrange a call as needed for escalated concerns or situations requiring further discussion. Relevant updates will be shared with the appropriate member(s) of management as applicable. This feature supports a healthy workplace by providing employees with a neutral resource for addressing concerns. It can help improve employee morale, reduce workplace conflicts, and help with team dynamics. If you need more than 40 employees to have access, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
  • What happens if I need a resource that isn’t currently available?
    If you request a resource that Optimize HR agrees to make and it can be made available to other members, then it is typically included in your membership at no additional cost. If the resource is specific to your organization or needed within a specific timeframe, then additional fees may apply.
  • Are services provided remotely or in-person?
    We are a fully remote organization. As such, our services, by default, are provided remotely. In-person services may be arranged on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.
  • Can I switch membership plans later?
    You can upgrade from Wow All That to Wow All That & More at any time. When upgrading, a new 12-month membership at the higher tier will begin. Downgrades are not allowed during the 12-month commitment period.
  • How do payments work?
    Memberships require a 12-month commitment. Payment options include monthly, quarterly, biannual, or lump sum billing.
  • Are refunds available if I don’t use all benefits?
    Refunds are not provided for unused benefits during your membership period. We encourage you to take full advantage of everything included in your plan.
  • Are there additional fees I should know about?
    While our memberships are designed to include a wide range of tools, resources, and services, additional fees may apply in certain situations: Optional Add-On Services: Examples include compensation benchmarking, workplace assessments or investigations, leadership coaching, career coaching, and customized workshops. Exceeding Included Limits: Additional fees may apply if you exceed the limits of your membership (e.g. extra staff surveys or I-9 reviews). Custom Resources or Documents: If you request a resource or document not currently available, Optimize HR LLC, at its sole discretion, will decide whether to create it. If it is created and can be shared with other members, it is typically included in your membership. If it is specific to your organization or urgently needed, additional fees may apply. Whether a document or resource is included in the membership is at the sole discretion of Optimize HR LLC. Outsourced HR Tasks: While memberships focus on advisory services and specific deliverables, outsourced HR tasks (e.g., handling day-to-day HR operations, assisting with recruiting/hiring, etc.) are not included and may be available for an additional fee
